Traditional chemotherapy has been proved to be not so effective in the treatment of solid tumors. Over the past few years, there has been a growing interest in constructing targeted theranostic nanomaterials for cancer therapy. Here, we designed and synthesized a novel peptide-based theranostic platform with branched structure, which could efficiently deliver the anticancer drug doxorubicin and the magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs). The peptide could easily self-assemble into a core-shell nanostructure with uniform size, displaying the favorable biocompatibility and remarkable biodegradability. Moreover, this branched peptide-based system could exert anticancer activity both in vitro and in vivo, with an enhanced therapeutic effect to decrease the cytotoxicity of free doxorubicin. The combination of anticancer activity and excellent biocompatibility of the branched peptide-based nanoplatform makes it a highly promising theranostic nanosystem for targeted cancer therapy.Frog Lake Conservancy

I was studying some dialogues and found a phrase in one of them.
"I am a teacher, aren't I?" said the master.
I was puzzled as to how did the speaker know the answer and so asked the professor what would be a correct phrase if we wanted to say that the speaker is a student.
